Visitors tax/Night: CHF 2,05.- (this has to be paid directly at the tourism agency of Ascona).


Conditions: Arrival from 2 'o clock p.m., departure until 11 'o clock a.m.


Payment method: 15% at reservation - Balance at least 4 weeks before date of arrival.


Cancellation:

If the apartment is cancelled one month prior to the beginning of the rental date, the costs are 50% of the down payment. If there is a shorter cancellation, the tenant is responsible for the costs of the entire period of the lease, provided no other tenant is found for the full agreement.

General conditions:

The tenant has the right to use the entire rental object including all utilities and furniture. The tenant agrees to take care and treat all utilities and furniture with care. The swimming pool is only for the use of the tenants. Guests are not allowed to use the pool. Any damage which occurs during the lease period has to be replaced, repaired or paid for, by the tenant.

It is not allowed to sub-lease the apartment.
