The apartment

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a kitchen seating six people, a dining room, living room, master bedroom with bathroom, guest bedroom with bathroom, and a balcony.
The apartment has approximately 1100 sq. ft. and the balcony approximately 65 sq. ft. with a direct view on the lake.
A lift, an indoor-swimming pool, a sauna, a solarium and a parking space in the underground parking garage are available on site, free of charge.

The open kitchen is equipped with all utilities: stove, fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee-machine, microwave, oven and more.

The living room has marble floors and is equipped with a stereo system and a television.

The entrance is roomy and a desk is also available.





The House

The apartment is located in a vacation resort area in Ascona, Via Circonvallazione 39, with a stunning view of lake Lago Maggiore.
You can enjoy a peaceful environment with direct access to the Lago Maggiore, which is within two minutes of walking distance.

The swimming pool should only be used according to the rules and regulations, since the on site manager Mr. Laetsch strictly enforces these rules.
